I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST. Their customer service and mechanical expertise is the best! If there is anything out of the ordinary they always take the time to explain the situation and let me know what should be done to repair it. I wouldn't take my Honda Element anywhere else.
