Owner gave estimate for repair at $900.00. Bill came out to $1,350.00.... read more Owner gave estimate for repair at $900.00. Bill came out to $1,350.00. When asked about the difference, owner replied parts were seperate from estimate. Then, because he doesn't understand English, thought I was trying to only pay estimate price and got into phone argument with me saying "NO,NO,NO,NO,NO,NO,NO..." Unable to communicate with this owner. Repair took 5 days when original estimate was 2 days. Invoice was vague and incomplete. I have told my drivers that we will no longer pay for any repairs made at J J diesel repair.
