Dreadful Customer Service This place is not even worth a single sta... read more Dreadful Customer Service This place is not even worth a single star. I supposedly to have an oil change and transmission oil change on 12/29/2016 at 5:00p.m.. I was told by Angel Bernabe one of their employee that they are about to close and I should go back the following day. With just oil and fluid change Angel Bernabe said it's not gonna take more than an hour. I took my car in 8:00am 12/30/2016 and explained that I need my car before 12pm since I have other appointments. I was promised a call by Angel Bernabe when it's done. 2hrs after 10:00am I made a follow up and was told that they were calling me (lies) since I didn't receive any calls. I was told that my radiator "NEEDS" flushing because it's low on fluids. Radiator is 3 months old since I bought it, complete with all the coolant services with it. I was also told that steering fluid needs flushing which is not possible since I check it every week. Meaning they just want more money from the customer. Again a promise of calling me after the job is done. it's almost 3 in the afternoon which is 6 hours from the promised time of pickup I showed up in the service center. When they saw me, I was told that they are on the phone trying to make a call to inform me for pickup (lies). I picked up my car and told them how disappointed I am with the service and they just shrugged it off and laugh about it. For the first time check engine light went off. A simple oil and fluid change brought me more headaches and a wasted whole day with all their lies. I would never recommend this Service Center. It was very disappointing.

BLIZZARD TRANSMISSION will never see another dollar of mine again. Qu... read more BLIZZARD TRANSMISSION will never see another dollar of mine again. Quality Transmission replaced my 2003 Ford Transmission as soon as it slipped.. Two years (101,000 miles ) later, a gear shattered. It was repaired (replaced ) and the exterior washed, then returned to me in two days, under warranty there was no charge. Art is an Engineer and explained to me in great detail what caused the slippage problem. Art has a shop in Southern California, where he and his family lives. He made a decision to sell his Fresno business and stay closer to home. Quality Transmission in Fresno was closed and after a year reopened as Blizzard Transmission. The transmission slipped so I went back. Susan, the new Owner is nice, but not a Mechanically inclined person. Her counterman upset me to the point that I left because he lied to me about the written service agreement (from Quality) that I presented. He said it was void because it was supposed to be performed at 20,000 miles, not the 25,000 miles in writing on the contract. He stated the written warranty was void. The transmission was repaired & I paid over $800, 1 mile later, it slipped.I brought back. It was returned (dirty) after 8 days and I paid an addtional $1400 Because the right side flange gasket was torqued down before the other side was hung, the left side did not seat flush, 8 months later, I need to place the flange (gasket) for over $!!0 I will replace both of the donut gaskets myself and save $100 (it is only 4 bolts and 1 tailpipe support). That shop will never see another dollar of mine again. M. Garcia
