I took my car in because my window would not roll up. They ended up pu... read more I took my car in because my window would not roll up. They ended up putting in the wrong part which blew a fuse. While they were trying to fix that they cut a wire which caused a problem with my transmission. Even though the technician admitted to causing the problem, the manager said there was no way to prove they caused the problem and said it was "bad timing." They refused to pay for the problems they caused including the fuse and transmission and still wanted me to pay for the window. I went in for a window issue and by the end of it my car was not even driveable. They had my car for over a week and I had to get it towed to the dealership to fix the transmission issue. The manager is not honest or reliable. I will never go back there.
