BCG spent a significant amount of time time testing, running computer scans, and scratching their heads. Ultimately, they were unable to find the issue. But that's not the end of the story. Sometimes technicians can't find a computer-related problem because the electronics can't *see* that there's a problem. I'm really happy with the job they did: they were thorough, competent, kept me informed, and ruled out a number of possibilities. Their price was totally fair. I guess the moral of the story is that technicians are not magicians. If the car isn't going to tell them what the problem is, I'll have to wait until it's good and ready.
