This time I'm writing a review to share the news that Frank's does not do smog tests, although they do excellent work on cars that have not passed smog tests at other facilities. Yelp still has Frank's on their list of stations that do smog tests, so this "review" is just to clarify that for anyone just wanting a smog test! Patricia O Walnut Creek, CA

I have to say, he spend a good bit of time explaining to me the pros and cons and concluded that it was not just worth the effort!
