This time I'm writing a review to share the news that Frank's does not do smog tests, although they do excellent work on cars that have not passed smog tests at other facilities. I have fired so many mechanics in my life, and it must have been because I was waiting to find Georges and his crew. I have been using them for well over ten years and am one of their biggest fans. I ALWAYS recommend them anytime somebody brings up an auto issue.
