The first place never caught the issue with the battery and the second place couldn't exactly locate the exact place the battery shortage was coming from. However, Mike was able to trace where it was coming from, which turned out to be the stereo. He kept me informed during the repair via phone/text and was very easy to communicate with. Although I didn't know technical terms he made it easy for me to understand. The total cost was on the higher end but he was very thorough and found the culprit of my car issues so I'm satisfied with the service. -Yuna Nishimura

My Elderly Parents Arrived in Santa Cruz with a Tire Pressure Monitor Light on, in their new car. First Thing they did was call me and ask "what should we do". I Googled Tire Shops in Santa Cruz. Lloyd's Tire & Auto Care came up with Great Reviews. I Called them & explained my situation with Francisco. Francisco told me to have them bring the car by & he will check it out. My father stopped by Francisco promptly took him in & check the tire pressures & reset the Indicator. I appreciate the time he took to explain to my father what was going on & what was done. I continue to bring my cars to Ender because he always gives the best ... read more I continue to bring my cars to Ender because he always gives the best service for the best price. I have older cars which need maintenance to run safely and a newer car- out of warranty. Ender always checks for recalls, recommends future repairs (but will let me know when they have to be done- unlike other shops which replace and charge for repairs which aren't really warranted). He has diagnosed problems that the Nissan dealership couldn't find- and when I brought it back to the dealer with Ender's comments, then miraculously they "found the problem". I trust this shop and have gone there for over 15 years.
