You pull up, it is automated paying for it, but someone is there to guide you and the car through the car wash. I would go when it is not busy so there is no wait for the vacuum. there is a ten minute limit but I think that it can cause problems if people take too long. I do not think anyone is monitoring who is using it.

They wanted to take an ICE SCRAPER to the PAINT of my car to try to ge... read more They wanted to take an ICE SCRAPER to the PAINT of my car to try to get off a glob of bird poo. Yes, this was BEFORE they tried a little extra elbow grease with the clearing cloth. Additionally, the ENTIRE front of the car looks untouched -- the grill is still FILTHY. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! I didn't bother to ask for another pass through the wash, due to the ice scraper incident. I have absolutely no confidence they'd do any better the second time, and i feared they'd actually do damage the second time.
