When I arrived on time, I was told they didn/t have room to work on my vehicle. Very when they saw on the computer that I had given them all the information they needed. I was told IF he had seen it on the computer he would have called me. So much for keeping track on what is going on in the shop. Once I saw my vehicle was not going to be worked on I told the manger I needed help getting my vehicle out of his lot. I was told OK. I went to my vehicle and waited on someone to guild me out of where I was Parked. No one came, I went back in the Lobby, there were three workers seating in the office. Then said with a loud voice " If you are not going to work on my vehicle, I need help getting out. One of the workers got up and helped me get out. Customer service did not exist for me. I chose this place because they advertised, they could do what I needed done and they had a 5-star rating. So much for their rating.

Probably THE best business I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing w... read more Probably THE best business I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. Period. First took my van there in 2007 for an A/C problem, and a few months later I knew what a true gem they are when I needed a radiator repair they had the specialized equipment to do, which anyplace else might mean a long repair and big bucks. I (and my wallet) were very pleased: it was fast and affordable. That has continued over the years - every repair experience fast and affordable. They do the job right, AND take the time to explain the needed / recommended repairs, and the impact if you decide not to so them or delay them for a while. The right place for great work at the right price
