Hired him to do an inspection Paid $500 Brought the boat based on his inspection. First time we took it out it didn't run right and stalled. Had to be towed first time out in the boat. 06/24/2020 Talked to owner, gave me a price of 300 labor, said 300 to 400 is where I think it should be. Calls the next day, says it very hot and needs 400. said ok, I call him the next morning , I have the boat open and ready, he rolls in just before the crack of 10am. He says he needs 500, no make it a even 600 to get the job done. and he wants it in cash before the job is done. I text him and say 400 was max, he said he has other jobs he can do.....who can operate like this? Fly by night, no warr. going to change my name and number and move across the state and DICK somebody over, over and over. Dealing with many many people, the down south way of business is so crappy and dishonest they would never make a dime in the NORTH.
