 My boat was painted two months ago by Gulf Marine Ways and Supply and paint is coming off due to bottom not being power washed nor sanded as was stated on the invoice.. This was witnessed and acknowledged by my Boat broker, mechanic, Conrad Kiesel the yard supervisor and myself.
Now I have a larger expense to take off this inferior paint job and to  have it done in the proper way.
 This yard is run by a bunch of neophytes including the manager Conrad Kiesel.
