If I could give a -?? I would. We paid Ken at Extreme Overdrive $4500 to rebuild my 4L85E transmission. We paid for HIGH PERFORMANCE PARTS. In less than a week I was left stranded on the road, my tranny out. Called Ken, he found every excuse in the book to not cover us under his warranty. We shelled out another $1300 to have him fix again. Picked up my van and 2 days later... Tranny out again. I was stuck out in Orlando. Decided to take the van to a local transmission shop to check it out. We opened up transmission and was a BONE STOCK transmission. None of the parts that we ordered were in the transmission. Called Ken... He refuses to fix what he has done, he agreed to get me parts, I drove up to Jax to pick up my parts that I ordered... He handed me a box of used, refurbished parts. Called Ken again, says that is all he can do. I paid for a billet input shaft, he put a stock one, he refuses to provide me with the part I paid for and refuses to refund my money for the parts that were not provided. BESIDE THE FACT THAT HE IS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND CURSES AT HIS CUSTOMERS BUT... 
THIS MAN IS A CROOK AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN FLORIDA.

I am very sorry you feel that way sir but please present the facts correctly. #1 the transmission was brought in as a bench build not an NOT AN install and It took us 2 days to start your build  on you transmission and it was completed in ADD. 2 days!!! and it was placed in the order it was entered at into our business!
#2 when you called you were very unpleasant. I WAS NOT and i have both of our conversations recorded for any one to listen to!! 
#3 I explained that we would be glad to perform any adjustment or REPAIR INCLUDING THE $500 LABOR TO REMOVE A TRANSMISSION. WE NEVER INSTALLED AND WOULD DO IT FOR FREE AND LIKE BEFORE WE WERE 2 BUSINESS DAYS BEHIND AND DEPENDING ON IF IT WAS AN INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL ISSUE IT WOULD TAKE THE SAME DAY OR UP TO 4 DAYS WORST CASE SCENARIO TO BE REPAIRED!! YOU USED THE LORDS NAME IN VAIN AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. YOU WERE ALSO VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER WHO BROUGHT THE TRANSMISSION IN ALSO!!!!!
We work Extremely hard to please every person and never are rude to our customers. 
We have a B+  b.b.b rating with only 1 unfounded complaint in the 15 months since this corporation has been established with all new employees

Rebuilt Transmission

Recommended to take my F-250 to this company. After doing business, I had issues with transmission the same day, from leaking fluid all around the pan and to the transmission shifting very hard. After contacting the owner twice he was extremely rude. After explaining my situation to him, he advised I could bring it in the following week and he would need it for approximately 4 days, although it only took 2 days to completely remove, rebuild and install a new one. Again, he was very unprofessional and probably the rudest person I have dealt with. Prior to giving him my $2050 for a horrible rebuild job, he was certainly someone I wanted to do business with.. Service after the sale is NO GOOD... STAY AWAY from this company!!

The guys at Extreme Overdrive did a great job and I want to give them credit. I live in Georgia and called them per craigslist. I talked to the owner Scott he agreed to meet me part way to save some time for me. I gave it to him on wedesday. Scott assured me that he would have it done by the end of the week. Friday at lunch I picked it up at his shop. The guy is very friendly and knowledgeable. Installed the transmission today and it worked flawlessly. My car 66 Mustang Fastback is pushing 400 Hp and this transmission was built right. Everything worked just as promised can't wait to take it to the track! Top Notch service Scott gave me his Cell number and business card ibn case I had any questions. Honestly you don't get that kind of service these days. I have another and Transfer Case that he will be building for me next. I drove down from Valdosta and for the price 450.00 plus tax it just can't be beat Thanks Scott and Crew at Extreme Overdrive EXCELLENT JOB! See you again soon
