completely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and vulgar. Not only the receptionist, but also the owner. He called me a b**** and a c*** and called me from his personal line at 9042700036 and screamed and told me to f*ck off b*tch and then hung up on me. He also told me to s**k his d*** ... without a doubt, worst customer service I've ever experienced IN MY LIFE and I've already sent complaints to the corporation as well as the better business bureau to shut them down so that no one ever has to deal with their horrific service again.

The only reason I gave it a 1 star rating was because this website made me rate it. I would've given it a negative 5 stars if I could.
