I brought my SC430 in for a simple oil change and motor mounts. The mechanic backed the car out with the driver door open and CRUNCHED it! Of course I was very upset, Shariff agreed to repair it but only at the bodyshop of his neighbor. He insisted. When I can to pick the car up after waiting a week, I was shocked to see the butchered repair. After two more futile tries at the same bodyshop and wasting two more tri[ps to pick it up, I insisted that I take it to the shop of my choice. I had to threaten to bring in my lawyer before Shariff agreed to pay for it. A very stressful and time wasting experience. Kudos for Gerber Collision & Glass for doing the repairs right the first time. I will NEVER recommend Lexpert to anyone after this experience.

No respect for my time, no respect for my business, no respect period. Had ordered parts back in June 15 with Oscar for my Porsche, it is now July 15 and I have been calling, emailing, texting and no response. This is completely unacceptable and terrible business practice. You do not ignore your customers! If you didn't want to do the job to begin with, this should have been communicated initially! No need to waste my time especially a month of my time! I am so upset and can’t even think straight…. When I called the shop and finally got a hold of Oscar he acted like he didn’t even know who i was and put the blame on me for not being able to reach him although he gave me his cell phone number initially and told me that I should email or call him directly the last time I was in getting a repair because I couldn’t reach him at the shop! No apology, no sorry, nothing. Unbelievable. I've never been and felt this disrespected in my life. I want to speak to the shop owner Mike immediately and I will be seeing him this week to discuss the situation. If he has ANY INTEGRITY AT ALL, Obviously I am not going to be taking my business here and I will be going elsewhere as this relationship has been burned, but I think he needs to know the type of business practice that his partner is engaging in. At least have SOME INTEGRITY and get back to me, this is childish and we are supposed to be professional adults!
