I have had my car in their shop on three different times under a re re... read more I have had my car in their shop on three different times under a re repair of Collission work done, the manager Bruce Dexter has made every excuse for the car not to be done right. Has not done the work properly noted by Nationwide who said terrible craftmanship. I left it again for the last two days went to pick up and they had damaged the paint and then the left side of bumper was sticking out. He was not going to fix it at first, then told me he would place it in the shop! and get to it, I watch from accross the street long and behold they were in the parking lot of the shop no bumper off, doing something, when I call He said Oh yea we have it torn apart, I told him I was watching, then they took the bumper off. beware of this

Your insurance company will not pay the difference and the shop will get you to sign paperwork stating that you will be responsible for whatever the insurance company won't pay. Even if you have an accident that isn't your fault. I would avoid this shop unless you can verify that your insurance company will cover the high labor rates. My daughter, who was deploying with the military before her car was totally repaired, got caught by this scam and it cost her $400+, out of her own pocket. She was rear ended and the insurance company refused to pay the higher labor rates.The shop will make no concessions.
