Charlie also explained procedures/tools used, when and how to operate, safety precautions and More. Charlie is very Business Professional, very kind and knowledgeable about all the questions we had and provided information we didn’t know. I kept calling, and his wife Amanda was the only one I ever talked with. Never ever was able to speak to Ray. This is the worst service I have ever gotten with any business. I finally took the boat to another boat service center. They jumped on it right away and called me often to let me know the progress. I would five it zero stars if I could have, but one star is the lowest. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT TO RAYS.
