I live in Live Oak, Fl and work in Lake City; I shop at the B&B in Wellborn all the time. The reason I have decided to make this complaint now is that this employee offends me most every time I visit this store. Her name is Lori and she works the night shift at store #35. My first encounter with this women was in December, a little after 11pm I was in the store with my 5yr old nephew, another employee walks in and Lori shouts to her "Whats up your ass?" I didn't appreciate her cussing in front of my nephew. But a more disturing thing happend on Christmas eve. I was behind a young lady in line who was using an "EBT" card, I'm not sure if the women was having problems with her card or if Lori didn't know how to run it, but Lori made this women feel like trash and this went on for several minutes. The women was so embrassed she was covering her face. This stores location is very convent to me, but I'll go down road to the S&S if the B&B food stores empoly people like this.
