Called within 10 minutes and gave me the estimate which was consistent with repair rate (way below dealership).... dropped it off at 9am and was ready at 2pm....Jim at the front desk was great... and Vince who worked on the car showed me what he did on the car as he was finishing up when I got there at 130pm. Also got the new customer 10% discount coupon honored. Very Pleased overall
I took my car to this shop on July 16, 2013. It is still not done. I... read more I took my car to this shop on July 16, 2013. It is still not done. I have got the run around from the owner over and over and that is when he answers the phone most of the time there is no answer and no call back when you leave messages. I drove my car there and I had to go pick it up today with a tow truck because not it's not drivable. Did I mention it's still not done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
