There are certified Jaguar and Land Rover (we have both) They are the best..your treated like family, the detail to the job and the level of customer service is bar none. Having an accident is never a happy time, they made it so easy and so pleasurable that it was like keeping up with old friends. I would recommend them with the highest of kudo's!!!!!

He called me a b**** and a c*** and called me from his personal line at 9042700036 and screamed and told me to f*ck off b*tch and then hung up on me. He also told me to s**k his d*** ... without a doubt, worst customer service I've ever experienced IN MY LIFE and I've already sent complaints to the corporation as well as the better business bureau to shut them down so that no one ever has to deal with their horrific service again. The only reason I gave it a 1 star rating was because this website made me rate it. I would've given it a negative 5 stars if I could.
