I was working with a girl by the name of Amanda which was very pleasant to work with, but final decision came from Claudia. I  was offered to  put $1500 down and $130 a week payments they wanted to place me in a RUSTED Ford Escape. Claudia stated that with a larger downpayment she can do better. I told her for that I would have my daughter co-sign. Her response was “WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT, YOU WOULD JUST RUIN HER CREDIT” ??, WHAT??? How professional is that statement? Never is my 46 years have i been so offended. Why would she assume i would ruin my daughters  credit, because my was so negatively impacted by a huge situation Claudia is not aware of. She made me feel humiliated and embarrassed.

I bought a car from this place less than a month ago and it already is being in the auto shop three times, it is got a warranty, but they don't want to honored. The engine light came on when I tested the car and they told me they will fix it before I got the car, but they only reset the battery so the light goes out, now after I already paid more than the deductible and take it back to them to get it fix, they tell me is something else and something else. I had this car three weeks.
If you need a car don't buy it from this people, now they don't even want answer the phone; their ads sounds good on tv, but the reality is that they sell cars that are not worth their prices.
