I had an appointment scheduled to drop off my new Maxima for an oil change. After driving all the way to the dealership I am then informed by the service technician that they refuse to service my vehicle under warranty anymore because of a negative review I had given them on a customer survey I had received from Nissan after my last visit. They flat out handed the keys back to me and said if your not happy here then we suggest you go elsewhere. I was completely shell shocked and totally disgusted by the service technicians uncaring and callous attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager I was conveniently told he was not there. I then proceeded to let them know that I planned to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs about their unethical and discriminatory practices… and they said go right ahead. I have never heard of a business banning a customer from their establishment because they had a complaint about the service they received. It was bad enough that Sullivan Brothers never once reached out to me to apologize for the original issue I had but somehow in their infinite wisdom the best thing to do with an unhappy customer is to show them the door.

Ceasar's said they couldn't produce the title right away because it was 'at their other location'. Car broke down almost immediately, but couldn't return it due to a family health crisis (elderly parent in hospital) took it to my mechanic following week (same mechanic that serves police dept for that town) and was told the car had serious safety issues, including a new axle that had not been properly installed. Went to bring the car back to Caesar's and was told since one week had elapsed car could not be returned even though it was not in the condition stated at sale. Caesar's mechanic 'fixed' some of the issues and said to drive the car 60 miles before going for inspection so the computer would reset. Otherwise it wouldn't pass inspection. Driving on route 1 the car stopped dead. A tractor trail or almost tipped over trying to avoid the car. Rolled to the nearest off ramp where a state trooper helped push it to the curve and call AAA. Tried to return the car again and Caesar's refused to take it. Said there was something wrong with the starter that they could fix. Have intimated a law suit against the company. Had the car 19 days and was only able to drive it three or four. Traded in my old car to them so now have no transportation. Beware this company is very disreputable and will endanger your safety to make a dollar.
