Misleading sales

Honest enough to be legally protected (I contacted an attorney who has "seen Autohaus on his desk multiple times in the past six months"), but sell you buy-back cars that are un-sellable once they leave the lot as Carfax comes back as Lemon/buyback in big bold red letters--i.e. untouchable from most dealers' standpoint.  Gave them opportunity to make things right only a few weeks after I bought my car, but steadfastly unwilling, stating "it's a business," and tried to sell me a Q7 instead.  
I will be discouraging everyone from giving them business and encourage all to go with someone who cares about their customers
