They left the plastic cover loose that covers my oil filter. I had the oil changed on 8/7/13 and the cover just happened to fall and drag the road on 8/8/13. Said they did not do it but would put it back on. Then pulled a car in front of me just to make me wait. I was on my lunch hour and after 30 min. I left. They were just going to show me and make me sit there. Speedee takes advantage of Elderly women. WILL NOT BE BACK THERE EVER.

I called them at 2:00am from the shoulder of I-59, they arrived within 30 minutes and had a cup of coffee for me. They had the work done about an hour later and were friendly and professional. I'd tell my grandmother or children to call them if they were in trouble. Absolutely fantastic!
