On Saturday, November 9th around 12:30 I purchased a pack of cirgarett... read more On Saturday, November 9th around 12:30 I purchased a pack of cirgarettes and, after receiving my change, said " thank you, mam". The cashier said nothing. No thank you, come back...nothing. This has happened on several occasions with the same cashier. When I called on Sunday and asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to make a complaint, I was told the she wasn't there and couldn't be reached. She suggested I call again the next week. This cashier has a terrible attitude and is downright rude to customers. I now avoid this Kangaroo Express and shop at the other Kangaroo Express in town, where the staff are not only helpful, but always say thank you, come again. Too bad management doesn't train their staff in common courtesy.
