He was able to complete my rotors and brake pads replacement in under 2 hours. He even accommodated me on a Sunday which is rare for a lot of shops to be open on that day. I highly recommend Greg for his 30 years of mechanic skills for your automotive needs. If you live around Gastonia give Greg a call! He will beat any quote!

The customer service staff is rude, unprofessional and underqualified! I even spoke to the owner will try to get more money out of me then was morally acceptable then refused my business and one as far as calling me stupid before hanging up on me! I have read other reviews about this guy and he has thrown receipts at people and said vulgar things to customers! Aside from the work they do the company should be boycotted just based on the lack of customer service & the lies they tell!! There are too many good businesses out there that are sharing their customers with terrible companies like this that should be put out of business !!

I know the bugs on the front of the car are difficult to remove, but mine are still there. Wish I would have noticed before I left. Of course, I didn't think I had to inspect it with that many people working. I went to Autobell and paid the extra money because it was a tougher job. I am very disappointed. Probably my FIRST and LAST visit to Autobell.
