I Bought a used camper from holly Grove Sales, the owner said he would... read more I Bought a used camper from holly Grove Sales, the owner said he would give me a gentleman warranty if there was any problem, well there was a problem with the ac, so I called and explained the problem I understand that he couldn't travel out of state to repair it so I asked if he would just cover the cost of the part and I would pay some one for the labor. he refused and said that he couldn't. he tried to tell me that the ac was working when I bought it, We never had a chance to even see if the ac was working we had 6" of snow on the ground. I only bought the camper because I thought his word was good, I was wrong Apparently a gentleman warranty doesn't mean anything to Holly Grove Sales Inc.

No charge for the extra half hour + did a good job - Svc Mngr stayed on top of it. FYI this business is under new ownership if that helps. Thanks firstname.lastname@example.org
I bought a Roadtrek from this biz in 2008. We had a LOT of problems wi... read more I bought a Roadtrek from this biz in 2008. We had a LOT of problems with the van and therefore had a lot of interactions with their service department. In short, their work was terrible and the service manager was a real jerk. My wife and I started referring to him as "Mr. NO" because his answer to everything was inevitably NO. It certainly seemed as if his job was to make sure no warranty work was ever done for us. I got so frustrated that I finally wrote a letter to the owner of the biz about the service manager. Basically his response was to support the service manager. Finally, I got so frustrated that I worked out an arrangement with Roadtrek where they would ship parts for warranty claims to me directly and I would either do the work myself or hire someone else to do the work at my own expense because it was easier than working with their service department. I would not recommend this biz to ANYONE!
