If you plan to take your watercraft to RNR and have Roland work on it, make sure you keep documentation of the work you ask to be done as well as when he will have it finished.  Took four months to get ours back.  Only received one phone call from him during this timeframe and all we got was one excuse after another when we called to inquire.  Poor business ethics.  We will never go here again, NOR will we recommend his services to anyone we come in contact with.  Word of mouth is all you need sometimes.
