I would NOT recommend Lithia for any type of service.  Their advisors are generally curt with their customers. I left my Subaru for 9 weeks for recall work! When I finally got notice it was ready, there was a gash about 5" long in the passenger door. They denied any responsibility for it.  The service manager recommended I just use touch up paint to fix it.  It goes through the paint! I just can't even fathom ever leaving my car again. 

I took it to Carson City Subaru. They did a thorough check up and found issues I wasn't aware of even though I regularly serviced my car at Lithia Reno.  

Never again will I visit Lithia Reno Subaru. They are less than friendly and their customer service is deplorable.
