Completely rude service by Javier Rodriguez.
Is it normal to have the asst. manager yell and curse at you??
It's a problem when the guy working on your car has no clue what he's doing. And don't question him cuz he'll call the cops on you.

Telling costumers that "we have to put this in" because thats what the computer tells us your car needs is not true and it's terrible practice by this company. They lie and if you're a female they will try to take advantage of you. Just stay away. It's no wonder I was warned to not go by myself.
