Which they said the mechanic would fix before we picked up the car. When i test drove it the heat worked fairly well but they wanted to fix the heater switch. When we picked up the car the heater only works on high now. One of the windshield wipers was not working we had to play phone tag for over two weeks to figure out when The mechance would show up. The guy who answered the phone was rude yelling at us and unprofessional. Don't waste your time buying from these guys.

I called the company and the lady dispatch felt that I need them... She asked upfront from my Credit Card information. BIG! MISTAKE! The service was at -10! They are crooks, they overcharged my quote they gave me on the phone and... they charged the Card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I had not signed authorization for that big overcharge. D&S Enterprises Inc DID NOT FIX my trailer. You should never charge (less to say overcharge) without finishing the job. I talked to them afterward and they were really rude, they even told me that they will fight and win any dispute I want to open. They threatened me, yelled at me and I heard the boss in the background cursing so badly. I told them that as far as I'm concerned its just money (it was close to $1000 for doing nothing) and the lady took it so personal that kept threatening me. I told them have a good day. I heard a lot of complains on this D&S Enterprises Inc company. And they have such a bad costumer service. I'm very rarely in the area but I sent BBB a report and I hope at least they will take action to stop this kind of business to continue to con people.
