The second repair, a grinding noise from the front ,was diagnosed as rubbing break pads and rotors. After the repairs were done the grinding noise was still there and they NOW said it was my wheel bearings. I was charged $240 for break pads and rotors and couldnt get the old parts back on, a discount, or it removed from my bill. And dont expect corporate Midas to help if contacted either. These people cant be trusted and I will never go back. I recommend to stay away from Midas.
Do not go to this shop! I brought in my diesel truck because my fuel l... read more Do not go to this shop! I brought in my diesel truck because my fuel line was leaking. The leak was easy to see and not very hard to get to. I was charged $150 for an O-ring and labor. Not only did I find the next morning that the leak was not fixed but also now my radiator is leaking and my anti-lock brakes light is on. What the hell did they do to my truck? I try to get some answers and they just have some kid at the counter saying that no one is there, he can't log onto the system, he doesn't have a number for his manager, he knows nothing, no answers completely helpless I'll have to come back Monday. I doubt I'll have better luck then DO NOT USE!!! I would give them -5 stars if I could.
