After having our van stolen the last thing I wanted to deal with was a rude worker....
Totally rude and disrespectful . 
I had asked questions and was always given the same reply "ok" , I asked when the van had been released I felt like I should have been notified & she assured me that was NOT her job! This place is a joke , I would not recommend their services to anyone !!!!!!!
