Branden asked me what I could afford and agreed to fix it for a much lower price. This is a family run business and they are honest good people. Fait Dunn

I went in before getting our older SUV sold to see how much a camper for a truck would cost us. They gave me the cost of the camper, the sliding window and interior light which all sounded fair and reminded me the tax wasn’t included, duh. When we got the SUV sold a week later, I went in to place an order for the camper and while they were writing up the cost other things just happened to have extra costs. This just made the camper more than $300 more than what they told me before hand. The interior light cost now but the ATC website said it came with the camper at no cost. Then there was an installation fee and tie down brackets that now cost to attach the camper to the bed. I said that wasn’t what I was told before? They told me that is the cost and wouldn’t do any negation on the new costs. I asked how about the $50 rebate ATC had on the camper? I was told that was my responsibility to print it off that they couldn’t afford just to give it to me? What???? I couldn’t believe they couldn’t just print it off their because it was a manufactures rebate not theirs. I guess they really didn’t want to sell a camper??? Needlessly to say I went to someone else in OKC and got a much better price.

Overheard Paul denigrating a customer behind their back, which should have given me an inkling of what was to come. I was focused on purchasing one of three campers that had been advertised online as having reduced prices, that were even lower than what they had online. First, they saleslady showed me three other campers that were better than those online and told me they were in my price range. When I made an offer on one, I was told that the price was more than double what I had been led to believe. Tried to make an offer on the other two, same issue. I went back out and found the three that I had looked at online, picked one to make an offer on and did so. I had to leave and wait until the next day to find out if it was actually going to sell. I had to call them to see if the price was good, then wait for a call back again. Whan I received the call back, I was told that the online price wasn't negotiable after all and asked if I would like it for that price! By then they could've given me the camper and I'd have told them to shove it!! VERY repugnant, dishonest business tactics. I will NEVER darken their doorstep again.
