They realized it was just the hose. They treated her like any other customer and not as a child. She left feeling safe and secure. I was unfortunate enough to blow a brake line on my commute to work. ... read more I was unfortunate enough to blow a brake line on my commute to work. I safely made it home and contacted Jeff, owner of Clutch and Brake Docs. Jeff was able to get me in as soon as I got my vehicle there. 3 hrs later the "Clutch and Brake Docs" had repaired 4 bad brake lines, brake calipers and change oil in my vehicle.
