I also explained that if the auto needed any work over $400 I would by him another car. I was not going to put anymore money in the car, he called me the next day to tell me the car was ready. I asked him how much would it cost? And he replied $1350 but if I was going to pay him cash it would be $1200. I explained that it was work that I did not want on the car & his reply was the whole front end was in bad shape. I drove and asked to see the the old parts & Mr. Due told he the the trash was already picked up & the old parts where in the dumpster.

K&T Vintage did an engine rebuild on my MGB a couple of years ago, and I drive it just about every day. It's going to need some body work soon -- the usual rusty rocker panels -- and I'll be bringing it back to K&T for that, and perhaps a full repaint.
