Called and setup an appointment for 9:30 the next morning to have power steering lines replaced. Had advised them that we had to leave on a trip the following morning. On date of appointment (7/27/15) Charles (owner) called at 8:12 am stating that no one would be coming that maybe he could make it that afternoon or maybe the next day. 

So unless you can wait until some future date DON'T USE THIS SERVICE.
