The service at Repairablevehicles.com (Interstate Auto Center in Harri... read more The service at Repairablevehicles.com (Interstate Auto Center in Harrisburg, SD) makes me very very unhappy. I called them a few weeks ago interested in a repairable Mustang they had for sale. After talking to Jeff a few times I asked him if I could buy the vehicle over the phone with a credit card. He said "no" but told me I could hold it for $500 until I could wire him the money. That sounded great to me so I did that. The next day after thinking about the condition of the Mustang I decided that I didn't want it, so I emailed Jeff and told him. He then proceeded to call me and tell me that if I didn't buy the car he would not refund the $500. I was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED because he did not mention that at all when he told me that I could hold the vehicle. What DECEIT! So, I left the head of the company (Brad Meyer) a message and he never returned my call. I made multiple attempts to reach him without success. So I lost my $500 and the company still has yet to contact me. BEWARE!
