After 3 attempts, and them hacking my dashboard up, I decided to take it on a long trip to Savannah, GA, and yes, it cut in and out the entire trip. They didn't fix anything!!!

They make you pay a deposit of $35 or more and tell you that it will go towards the repair, which should be close to the deposit. The key work here is SHOULD. These guys are SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT OF YOUR MONEY!

He (owner) said to give him pleanty of time as it was old and he needed plenty of time but would get it someday and he would call me. It is 2012 and I am stillwaiting on my call. I did call several times and he refused to return my calls. I went by several times and each time I was told "He was not there"...I did call recently and someone who refused to give me his name,...did get angry with me for wanting my tape deck back! He told me "they were not a storage company" Now I had done business in past there and had good luck....so I trusted them to follow through, I trusted them to really call when it was fixed.......so beware, even if you were lucky in past,..you may not be lucky the next time. I did report this to BBB and when they inquired Electronics Tech refused to respond.
