We offer options for purchasing vehicles that are not readily available in the area and we are not just a "Buy Here, Pay Here" car lot. We offer outside FDIC bank financing option. We will go above an beyond as much as possible. We are not perfect in the service department, however we strive to find qualified mechanics to service our vehicles and walk-ins. payments and insurance and so forth… Apparently he forgot the agreement he made. He posted an ad that said “ In good mechanical condition and can be driven anywhere with confidence” Now how is that when I can’t even drive it on a test drive. Yes I know ignorance but that’s what I get for trusting a shiesty car dealer like FRANK TALO!!!!!!!!!!! But now he tells me today bring back the rental and I will get your truck to you today, he then makes us wait in the hot sun for an hour and then comes out saying “ I will not release your vehicle without you paying me $900 cash today” WTF!!!!!!! That wasn’t the agreement, this vehicle was supposed to be fixed properly. None of the cars on his lot run *now I know this after spending time down there* All the mechanics he hires has substance abuse problems *found that out with my own eyes while I was sitting waiting on my vehicle one day he says I need to find a mechanic who isn’t a drug head! And then I see one of the mechanics walk off to the side and popping pills with his wife with my own eyes Remember!* I believe I should have my vehicle released and feel he needs to have something done to not have anyone go thru this again! I am calling my lien holder and having them repossess it because if I can’t have my truck neither is he going to be able to make any more money off me!  Do I have a case? Misrepresentation, fraud, or even falsifying advertisement… I don’t want cash I want my vehicle and I believe I am entitled to have it since I have been paying correctly!

truck is being driving thru a metal compactor and loud knocking and banging and so forth continues and we get to his shop he comes down yelling “turn it off” I then proceeded to tell him if you would have fixed it correctly the first time then it would have never done this. He gets a used motor that has a cam on the driver side that was blown out and had to be replaced! Bull, but whatever! I accept that motor on good faith that he told me he would have this truck running with this motor… He keeps it three more weeks and finally gets the motor in…. well, let’s just say I had it one day and drive it down Norris Freeway in Halls Crossroads and get broke down going toward Andersonville, I called Frank Talo from Talo Motors and he gets a tow truck because I explained I do not have any extra money because I am still paying on time my car payment and insurance ever since I signed my papers and have never been late on payments nor have I gotten to even drive my vehicle but 13 days in this four month time frame! Now they get it back and say it needs a motor so I told him okay I will pay for the bearings and so forth just so I can get my vehicle running… All I want is my truck!
Finally after the last breakdown he tells me he will pay half on a new motor and the labor and I pay half…. This whole time I tell him I don’t have any extra money and he knows when I get my college stipend check I was going to pay him and he came by my house to give me transmission fluid for a car he had rented out to me while he was fixing his mess-ups! He talked to me yesterday and told me okay I really need that money and I explained the situation again, I explained if my check did not come my husband would pay 250 of it this Wednesday coming up and 250 the next Wednesday and He tells me why haven’t you paid anything yet well, how can I? I am paying a car payment, rent, insurance, phones, food (which I don’t have any at this time by the way) and I told him I was paying everything we had on the pay

Have you ever heard someone say “Always look for the good in people?” Or does anyone even live by the Golden Rule anymore… “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!” Well in this world no one apparently lives by the old rules because I trusted someone and got screwed in the process…. I went In February 2012 to purchase a 2000 Toyota 4 Runner; oh this is my dream car by the way. Beautiful and rugged all in one…. Silver, a dream ride to say the least! I signed the papers and am told by the guy who supposedly runs this lot “Oh we have to fix it” and on good faith I allowed him to keep it for repairs… Keep in mind I had been saving for two years to get two thousand dollars for a down payment and yes gave him it all for my down payment was told my payments would be 309.00 a month and on top of that it cost ten bucks to pay my bill which I find ridiculous but whatever! I always went ahead and got my 4runner insured before it even was fixed and that was 186.00 a month for full coverage. I have had my vehicle 13 days out of 4 months! First they let it set on the lot for three weeks before they even pulled it into the bay, I know this because I drive by this lot every day to and from my job! Okay so finally we started saying something and they use the excuse we were pushing, How am I pushing if you have had my vehicle for three weeks after me signing my documents and haven’t even tried to fix it! Ok so supposedly they fix it, I drive it 10 days and my bearings go out and they have it three more weeks to fix my bearings, I was leaving for Memphis Tennessee the next day. They tell me they are working on it. They finally got it down the night before our trip and I drove to my job five miles from my residence, I drive into Knoxville and can’t even make it thru Knoxville to go back around the mall to go home and it breaks down going up Asheville Highway. I had to drive 30 mph and with my emergency flashers on to get to his shop, all this whole time it sounds like my tru
