Oil change service near Morristown, TN

Waited for 10 minutes outside the shop doors waiting on someone to see what I needed. Fully understand they had two vehicles in the shop; but attendant was more concerned with shooting the bull with his buddy than taking care of business. Won't stop again...here's a recipe on how to go out of business.

On 2-28-18 Anthony was a total God-send for us!! Our vehicle broke down on a 9-hour drive from Fayetteville, NC to the Nashville area. It was raining, dark, after closing time. Anthony met us at his shop, checked our vehicle, helped us find a pet-friendly hotel, drove us to the hotel, made sure we were safe and had his number if we needed anything and even offered to take us to get some supper! He had our vehicle up and running before lunch the next morning and the repair bill was a fair and decent price... cheaper than we expected. I don’t have enough words to express the gratitude we have for Anthony. His skills and knowledge of my vehicle’s needed repairs and quick repair time would be more than enough for me to write this review, but his willingness to go above and beyond to show concern and hospitality almost has me glad that we broke down. Highly recommend Anthony for auto repairs if you are in the Newport, TN area!
