I should have read the reviews of this place before I brought my car h... read more I should have read the reviews of this place before I brought my car here seems I'm not the only person to have this issue. First, it took me a month to get them to call me back to set an appt.to look at my car, should have ran then! Then, after setting a date to have my car repaired I get my rental and show up on said date for them to tell me that the guy that does hail damage would not be there for a week. An employee actually stood there and yelled at me at the desk that I had the dates wrong loud enough the manager came out. The manager did get someone out to fix my car but told me he would call me when it was done and did not. It took multiple phone calls to get him on the phone for him to tell me they did not have all the parts. I was told they would call me as soon as my part came in and their glass guy would meet me to put it in. Three weeks later I called them and was told that they had the window for a week but the manager was on vacation and no one called me. Then I was told they would have to call their glass guy and get back with me, again I never got a call back. I had to call the next day multiple times to get an answer. Now I'm sitting at the store waiting on the glass guy that is going to be an hour late!

The paint was near factory perfect and I couldn't visually discern that the car had ever been in an accident. I received excellent customer care and friendly service and would highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting first class service and repair to their car.

Not only did Accurate Auto Body of Franklin, TN on Mallory Station Road keep my car twice as long as they were supposed to but when they returned it to me, after $4300 worth of work, they hadn't even fixed everything that needed to be done from my accident. When I called them the day of picking up my car to inquire about the noises my car was making they were completely rude and told me I'd just have to take it to the dealership... Now I'm having to fight with my insurance company because Accurate Auto body did such a horrible job.... Thank you Accurate Autobody for wasting a month of my life and not doing your job. I don't care that my insurance company recommended you, I will never be back and will make sure I tell everyone I know how poorly I was treated and what a horrible job you did. They didn't return my phone calls, they claimed they would call with a weekly update which never happened, then they were irritated with me for calling after my car was a week late and I still hadn't heard anything.... They actually had the nerve to tell me after being a week late with my car that I didn't know anything about auto body repair or how long it takes and they would get it done when they could.... Wow
