I run a used car dealership, so I have a lot of vehicles coming in and out of my possession that need repairs, tune-ups, etc. Car-X has given me great prices and impeccable service over the years, I have never even thought of going anywhere else because the service I get there is so good. They were unable to get one of my cars fixed on time once due to a situation outside of their control so they gave me a discount on the price.

A few weeks ago I needed an oil change so I asked my friends who they liked to go with for car maintenance stuff. Most of them said to try Car-X, so I did. They performed their task quickly and were really polite. And the rates were good. I'd go back again.

They were extremely nice and polite when I was not - very impressed by their customer service and great work.I walked in flustered because I was late for work and snapped at the guy for no reason. I feel bad about it, but more than that, I was really surprised at how extremely polite and helpful he was in spite of my bad attitude.
They checked out the used car I was planning to buy and made sure nothing was wrong with it, and were very clear about what they did and why. The full review of the car was about $100, and very worth it. I'll definitely come back if I need anything done on the car in the future.
