Avoid this place, there is a reason it is not busy.  Simply put they will rip you off.  $70 oil change that had to be taken to another shop because the car wasn't running right.  That other shop only charged $35 to redo the oil change which is normal. Should have learned my lesson then.  Didn't go back for a year but needed a simple inspection and they are close to my house.  This time they didn't pass the vehicle because of window tint.  I have factory Lexus tint so that makes no sense.  The idiot behind the counter just smiled and said sorry without ever looking me in the face.  I didn't expect much in terms of customer service considering the personnel but it is exceptionally terrible.
