They haul the bait car to a vacant building with no parking signs around it. When another car comes and parks thinking that since the others are doing it it must be okay... second car gets towed. They were ticked because I got it out before they could charge over night storage. They just laughed when I said this was criminal. Pure scum. It's about the nicest thing I can say. But they did have a cartoon drawing of Jesus, but an actual picture of "Scar face" more prominently displayed with a rosery wrapped around the Scare Face's picture.
