I went in for an oil change and got just that. They didn't try to sell me a new set of wipers or some blinker fluid that I didn't need - so that was nice. The guys working there are very down-to-earth and friendly. I plan on stopping by next time I need to get my oil changed.

Finding a great mechanic is like having a great barber or hair dresser: you don't let them out of your sight! That's how I feel about Auto Care. They do a great job fixing problems with my car. There's more to their high level of caring and professionalism. Their mechanics discovered what was wrong with my car, explained the problem so I could understand it, completed the repair within the time frame they told me, AND stayed true to the price quote. Other repair places had given me one price and slowly added more items (cost) to the bill. Here is where Auto Care is different: They repaired the air conditioning in my car. About a week later, the mechanic recognized me while I was out shopping. He remembered my name and asked if the AC was working the way I wanted. THAT is customer care - above and beyond customer service. If there's such a thing as a raving fan, I'm one for Auto Care!!!
