I know my wife was difficult to deal with concerning her vehicle but you guys dealt with her in a most professional manner you all kept cool ,calm, and collective. My hats off to you guys very difficult to find that type of service anymore we were impressed and should the occasion arise we will return to Paul's Auto Body & Paint for all our auto body & paint needs.
