The only problem we had was driving back and forth to Houston for service. Finally, we took a chance and stopped in to see Scott. He didn't even blink. They made us an appointment and no sooner said than done, my wife's car was checked out and back on the road! Nobody in Beaumont, Texas can align a Cooper. They may tell you that they can but, there is a particular procedure that must be particular to these cars. Whatever it is, Scott did it and when we left, this little car drove like it was on rails! He put the fun back in driving at a fair price and in no time at all! We recommend his shop to everyone who drive sports or imports. Thank You Scotty!

Was driving from Tallahassee, FL to Austin and had major overheating problems with my 99 Miata as I was coming up on Beaumont. I was in a bad hole! Saw the reviews online for these guys and was able to get to them. Scott really went out of his way to do everything they could to diagnose the issue and get me going again. They could not have been more helpful. professional or prompt. Great prices too. Had to change plans and go back to Tallahassee, but I made the 650+ miles with no difficulties at all, and this would not have been possible without these guys. Very, very appreciative of a great job that was very well done. Thanks also to the reviewers who took the time to post their comments.

I took my BMW in for an alternator replacement and they did hundreds of dollars worth of unnecessary work that I did not ask for or authorize. They are friendly and sound knowledgeable but to the trained ear they are speaking gibberish. If they tell you something is wrong with your car you'll want to verify that with another mechanic before authorizing them to do the work as in most cases you simply don't need it or they have incorrectly diagnosed the problem. I never authorized them to perform any additional work, in fact I specifically told them not to - but they did it anyway and said I didn't have a choice. I am having to take them to small claims court to get my money back and was forced to file a criminal complaint with the Beaumont Police Department for fraud in excess of $500 - a Class A misdemeanor. They rely on the fact that most people who drive these cars don't know much about them. But I do.
