ServiceOne formally Fairfield Automotive - Kwik Kar screwed me bad. Pa... read more ServiceOne formally Fairfield Automotive - Kwik Kar screwed me bad. Paid $7,824.66 for repairs. Nothing but problems that the owner refused to honor warranty as ServiceOne since he shutdown Kwik Kar to open his own franchise. My wife and are older. I am disabled. This has cost me another $4,135.25 to remove and replace work performed that this owner refuses to honor warranty. Mileage when taken to Fairfield Automotive Kwik Kar 138,597 miles. New engine they replaced had issues from day one. They replaced it once after 50 miles. At 139,114 miles issues surfaced. I called Andy and Joe for months complaining. Sent receipts for fixing issues they were responsible for under Warranty and owner refused to reimburse me. Finally 143,156 miles when it went into dealer to figure out what was wrong, $4,135.25 to fix their mechanics screw-ups. I have repeatedly called the service manager, sent him texts complaining of the issues. Andy left and Joe still works there. At no time did anyone tell me they were closing Fairfield Automotive - Kwik Kar and opening under a new name of ServiceOne and that their owner is going to screw me knowing the work they performed was horrid. ServiceOne owner offers me an oil change through Joe for my headache should I ever come back to Cypress, Texas. As far as I am concerned, this owner is a horrible owner and he is not a good person. Greed over customer service or care is what I feel about this owner. Another CEO screwing customers to save a buck.
