Manager, John at the Jiffy Lube in Harrisonburg, Va, was extremely ru... read more Manager, John at the Jiffy Lube in Harrisonburg, Va, was extremely rude and arrogant when I arrived to return my Uhaul rental truck. Although I was schedule to drop this rental at this location, John wanted to know why I was bringing it back there. He refused to check it in, and told me to just leave the keys in the door, though he was outside and by the parked vehicle at the time. He told us that we should probably take it somewhere else, and explained that the last person who brought one there was charged extra charges. When my wife asked his name, he said " I am John, and yes...I am the manager". He came very close to making me lose my temper with the agressive and rude way in which he was talking to my wife. We were both shocked to be treated with a total lack of respect, and from a manager, at that. We are just moving to Harrisonburg from east Tennessee, and will need a garage to do vehicle services, but you can rest assured that we will not give John a nickle of our business.

Randy gave me all my options regarding the job - whether or not to do the water pump, after-market v/s dealer parts, etc. - and the pros and cons of each. He was able to answer all of my questions and was always available. His invoice was detailed and easy to read. And the price was considerably less than what I was quoted in Northern Virginia. I will be back.
